Got home from our weekend trip to Asheville. We had a great time but man am I sore. Our zipline guide said a way to go faster was to tuck up like you were doing a cannonball off of a diving board. She said it was good for your abs and boy was she right! I tucked for almost every zip and my long forgotten abs are screaming for attention. Here are a couple of pics.
